Hi everyone
I have a room available for 1 person (preferably for fifo or short term) in a 3x2 house in Hilton, only 7 minutes to South Beach/ Fremantle center.
The house has a lot of natural light and is tucked away down a private driveway, has high ceilings and timber flooring in the living areas. Kitchen with large freestanding cooker, dishwasher, etc. The backyard is huge and has lots of trees.
The room is 325/week for fifo and 390/week for short term. These incl. all bills
