About the flatmates
We are a couple of senior academics with a lovely house to rent to respectful and reliable students. It has been recently refurnished and is in great condition. You will enjoy a beautiful home near the beach with all bills included in your rent (including fast fibre-to-the-house internet). We will provide official contracts for 9 months and hold your bond officially through the Rental Bond Board. In return, we are seeking quiet and tidy tenants who will take care of the property. Preference given to students with rental references or a guarantor. Good tenants will be welcome to return the following year(s). We are not living in Port at present and it will be a 4-person share house.
