Location is a quite but friendly area, located 2 mins (driving) from a Coles complex including a (Chinese restaurant, hairdresser, Tacking point Tavern and dominoes pizza) Its a 2 min drive to the local beach (lighthouse Beach) and located on the back of the emerald downs golf course. Air condition keeps the place cool in summer and warm in winter. smallish backyard but a great outdoor tiled veranda that is covered and is beautiful to sit in summer. There's a deck out the back to chill and listen to the many birds in the trees behind the property. There's a lovely woodland out the back to stroll in and it is quite close to shops and the tafe.
