One fully furnished room located in Lighthouse Beach, we're close to lots of local parks, the beach, Watonga St Shops, Lighthouse Plaza and Tacking Point Tavern.
We've got a new gourmet kitchen, a/c, Netflix, Binge; Amazon, ceiling fans throughout, solar power, fire pit and a large patio and backyard area.
There's also a separate, quiet TV area that would be good for gamers.
The brand new bathroom was completed in December and is shared with only one other person.
It's got a double-size bed, bedsides, built-in wardrobe and lamps. All are near new.
Sorry, I can't accommodate pets (though fish or caged birds should be fine) as there are already two adorable adopted Greyhounds.
Not suitable for kids or smokers. Street parking is plentiful.
