Rent includes an unfurnished room with two built-in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. There is a small dressing nook with a mirror between the wardrobes. The room has a ceiling fan. Two windows with vertical blinds.

The rest of the apartment is furnished. You will be living in a three-bedroom apartment on the third floor. A shared bathroom with myself, including a washing machine. Shared kitchen, dining and lounge room. There are ceiling fans in each room, which require minimal use with the nice ocean breeze in summer. The apartment is accessible via stairs or a ramp. The apartment has a balcony, which is perfect for soaking up some sunlight or relaxing in the hammock.

Water usage is included in the rent. The electricity bill will be split and paid each quarter. Wifi not included in the rent, but can be added as a monthly cost.

Great location, walking distance to Flynn’s beach, post office/convenience store and cafes/restaurant. Bus stop within 400m. 5min drive into town. There is street-side parking.

I am looking for a female flatmate who is also neat and tidy. Will respect shared spaces and assist in maintaining cleanliness.
