About the property
Granny Flat - You are welcome as my guest. I have TWO beautiful rooms available and both of them are for you! Use one room as your kitchen/living and one as your bedroom. You will also have your own bathroom with shower and toilet.
The granny flat is fully furnished with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, TV, bed, chair, table etc. Bedding, cushions, heater, fan, towels etc also provided. There are even umbrellas by the door!
The price is inclusive of 30 dollars per week electricity. Internet (fast) is also provided.
There is a bus stop just around the corner so if you don't have a car, don't worry. This is a quiet area, with a beautiful green view of the race course. Do you need space, peace and quiet? If you are a quiet person, then this is for you.
