About the property
The property is a 3 bedroom house. The master bedroom (which is available) has built in wardrobes, a ceiling fan as well as an ensuite. The spare bedroom has been setup as a media room which I primarily use, freeing up the lounge room for you to use as your own space. While the master bedroom is completely unfurnished, the rest of the house, including the lounge room, is fully furnished with the only exception being that there is no tv in the lounge room. The house is in great condition and is always kept extremely clean and tidy. There is also air conditioning in the dining/lounge area. There is available parking in the driveway. There is a small front patio as well as another undercover outdoor area out back. The house is on the top corner of the street and unfortunately does not have an enclosed yard.
