We have one bedroom available which is fully furnished on the first floor. This bedroom has a double bed, study desk and chair, smart TV, built in wardrobe, ceiling Fan, having separate toilet and shower which includes all utilities and cable WiFi internet, for $230/week.

Sydney University is 7.0 kms away taking 423 bus that drops you right outside the Syd Uni.
University of Technology is 8.0 kms away taking 423 bus also.
International Airport 4.1 kms away. We can arrange to pick you up and drop you off from the airport depending on flight times.
We are situated in Earlwood Sydney, 100 metres away from the Cooks river, 12 minute walk to Tempe Station and a 6 minute walk to Illawarra road bus stop for the 423 Bus. Plenty of street parking, and a off street parking area.
We live in a area that is quiet and tranquil with parks and cycling tracks running along the Cooks river where you can cycle, canoe and do fishing, but less than 10kms from Sydney's central business district.
