Newly renovated 3 bedroom house 5 min walk to UNSW. Private Room with your own private new bathroom. Warm, home environment. Large open kitchen, living space. Not a party house - you’d be living with two well behaved dogs and an even more well behaved quiet 9yo child and myself :) suit student who wants a quiet place to study and to be close to unsw and light rail. We go to bed early most nights so you will have the place to yourself in the evenings :) also cleaner comes fortnightly to do common areas and bathrooms.
