About the flatmates
We are an older couple in our sixties, living in our house with our adult daughter. We rent out our spare bedrooms on the first floor to students (preference for female students).
Our daughter, and other female students currently in residing in the house are all students at UNSW, ranging from 21 to 28 years old.
We are a quiet family and will be residing on the top floor. Tenants have access to two of their own bathrooms (we will be using our own). Commons areas include the kitchen, dining and living areas.
