Student Accommodation
This is a 2 bedroom unit and there is a 3rd room I call the social room. That is a social space for guests to stay in (has a bed), craft / study table for use and access the back yard. The "backyard" has a covered over deck, is a nice place to study, relax or socialise.
I allow day visitors and study groups if you have fellow students in the area. If visitors smoke or vape they are to do so on the deck or outside.

Room has fan + aircon. Loungeroom has aircon , TV lounge folds out to a bed, no internet, bright home

The home has a bathroom, shower only, has a lock. Laundry with washing machine and cloths line out on deck - dryer at laundromat at end of street. Share toilet for all residents with lock. Additional eating space in kitchen. Linen available at no extra cost.
We may negotiate transport to placement on my days off and I can source the local bus routes, times and costs. There are limited times for buses as this is a rural area.
This is a lived in clean home so people may have items left out here and there. I'd like you to feel at home here so social chit chat and interaction is welcome. Please do not feel you need to stay in your room. You can leave study work out and a larger table can be put in you room if you prefer.
Manning Base Hospital and Aldi are about an 8 minute walk away, town centre is about 15 minutes walk. Taree has Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, KFC, McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, 2 shopping centres, an indoor aquatic centre, various gyms and a river where the Saturday 5km national walk/run takes place. t.

At the end of the street is Taree West Plaza - laundromat, barber, bakery, butcher, grocer/liquor store. Also a service station with café coffees that is very popular.
Great location for access to shops and work.
