I have 13 acres and a large modern house with pool. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a living/dining/tv room plus another sitting room and office off the kitchen, with laundry. We have a front and back patio for relaxing. The rental bedroom is large with a private entrance.

I'm the kind of person who likes abit of colourful bunting and pictures on the wall. Live basically 500m to the dog beach at Lighthouse. Can hear the sound of the ocean in every room. Has aircon but house gets a great ocean breeze so rarely use it. Open plan living with good size backyard. Quiet street. I mainly use the ensuite so anyone renting basically has the main bathroom as their own. There is good internet service however you would need to arrange your own data.
