About the property
The rental space is located at the back of my home overlooking a lush garden. You have your own bathroom which has a small bath with overhead shower - so you need to be comfortable stepping into the bath. I have two active dogs and an older cat. They sneak in at times! The kitchenette (more photos coming soon) is set up in my laundry which we share. I use it most weekends. I exit the property via the back door to feed my pets each day/night which is adjacent to the rental room. The internal bi-fold door can be closed to separate our spaces.
There is a key-lock available at the back door and side access available for you if preferred. Although you are welcome to use the front door.
My place is located 5min drive to the CBD shopping centres and around 8mins to the local hospital. Public transport options are very limited in Taree so please check them out if you don't have a car.

I'm a busy, friendly person who values honesty, clear communication and a quiet, calm space to come home to. I'm working in a few roles at the moment, sometimes from home. I have three pets who are friendly and I do allow inside with me when I'm home. I am available to my guests as needed, but also prefer to give you your privacy.
