Indooroopilly - riverfront property with own separate entrance and large bathroom with bathtub. We are a small family looking for someone to share a fairly large room in our home. It's a very quiet area, lots of birds and trees. There are built-ins and an air-conditioner/heater and enough space for a king bed and small TV/lounge/table/chairs/desk. You would have your own separate entrance, privacy and share the bathroom/kitchenette with one other (female). Close to UQ, Indooroopilly train station (900m walk to station, 10 mins express to the city) and Indooroopilly Shoppingtown. Ideally suit uni student or similar. Includes Leibherr fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Sorry no pets.
