*OWN bedroom with QS bed and mattress, the bedroom has plenty of cupboard space, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV with Netflix and other tv apps.
*INTERNET, electricity and water $30 extra per week,
*PARKING is relatively safe and on the street... outside the front of the property
PLEASE NOTE; there is NO lounge, the
TV is viewed from the bed
THERE ARE NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES available, however, there are several laundromats on the Peninsula.
