The room comes furnished with a king size bed, a private attached washroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a double-door fridge. A couch and a work desk are also provided for added comfort and convenience.
Tenants are welcome to bring their own TV and linen.
There is no fixed lease. The stay is on a 4-week to 4-week basis, with 2 weeks’ rent equivalent required as the bond. View is very nice.
