We have a beautiful studio available in an amazing part of Marrickville, 5 mins from the station. It is a stylish and recently renovated studio which is part of a grand, heritage home. The ensuite and kitchenette are near new. The studio is compact and perfectly crafted for space efficiency and functionality. Ornately detailed ceilings feature throughout. There is also a communal front garden and front terrace for chilling outdoors.

Located footsteps away from both Marrickville Road and Illawarra road with great restaurants, shops and nightlife. Less than a 5 minute walk to Marrickville metro station. Currently there is a free, no stops bus service from Marrickville metro to Sydenham metro and then a very fast, reliable metro ride to the city from there (only 6 minutes!). The Marrickville metro stop construction will be finished soon and will then get you into the city within around 7 minutes! 😮 You also have everything that the inner west has to offer close by such as: Newtown, breweries, cafes, live music etc.

This studio is unfurnished (open to discussion). It has epic detailed corniced ceilings, a beautiful marble heritage fireplace with granite tiling and two large windows providing good natural light and ventilation. It has an ultra modern, brand new ensuite bathroom which is well designed and functional.

As you can see from the photos, the kitchenette in this studio is near new, nicely presented, compact and equipped for basic cooking. It includes a sink, portable induction stove, microwave and fridge. The kitchenette will suit those who are planning to cook basic meals. The house is also located within short walking distance of many budget yet exquisite eateries.

Bills are not included but they are a flat rate of $40 per week on top of rent, which includes unlimited high speed internet, electricity, gas, water.

You will be renting from my partner and I. We also live in the rear of the property so we will be your close neighbours. We would like to have a friendly and respectful relationship with our tenants and endeavour to foster a peaceful living community.
