The house has a nice big back yard and is literally across the road from a fruit and vege market, woollies a whole bunch of shops and has the Dutton park train station a 5min walk away. Bus’s stops are all around with one being right outside the front door. The people upstairs are super cool guys and gals and you may see them about in the shared back yard or laundry. The non negotiables are 4 weeks bond, be pro active with cleaning and quite during the weeks as everyone upstairs is either going to uni or working during the week.
