I am looking to privately rent out my 2-bedroom unit in Woolloongabba as I have to move away from Brisbane for at least 12 months for work. It will be furnished with all the basics, but not including linen (sheets / towels etc), the second bedroom won't be furnished yet as I want to wait and see whether renters would prefer that with a single bed or to use as a study.
