My sister and I are interested in finding someone to take over our lease. It ends in November 2019 however you can renew it if you would like. The unit is beautiful and has plenty of room for 2-4 people (if you have a partner that you want to move in with) but we need to find a bigger place as my partner’s baby now lives with us it just isn’t big enough anymore (my sisters boyfriend also lives with us) It’s close to the cannon hill shops and public transport. The rent is $395 per week. There’s air con in both bedrooms and the main living area. It’s very bright and gets a lot of natural lighting. The balcony isn’t directly in the sun either so you get the perfect amount of sun each day. There’s 2 bathrooms, main bedroom has an en-suite, a walk in robe and a door connecting to the balcony.
