This 4 bedroom new townhouse is close to Westfield Carindale, 1 block away from bus's into the city on Old Cleveland road which are within 10min each, There is a double garage (one space is available) but i have never found parking on the street a problem (if you want the garage space it'll be an extra $10 per week). So people with the garage will pay $160 without will pay $150, air conditioning in the living room and fans in bedrooms ( i have found these are fine ) the bedrooms have there own builtin wardrobes and shelves. There are 2 bathrooms one in an ensuite room (not available) and a common one there is also a downstairs toilet so I guess you could say there is 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is full with my utensils and it has a dishwasher and an oven.

The townhouse is in a lovely area less than 5 minutes from Westfield Carindale. Large range of buses going to the city at the top of the street (only takes 15mins). There is aircon downstairs when needed and you only share the house with one other person which is myself. The whole place is furnished except your bedroom.
