Cannon Hill QLD The apartment: The apartment is very modern with large indoor and outdoor living areas, rainshowers in the bathrooms and speakers on the roof. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes with sliding doors and one also has an en suite attached. There is air-conditioning, dishwasher, clothes dryer, washing machine, microwave and fridge here. Other things you should know: -The building allows pets, but I already have a bird so you would only be able to bring in another bird. -I am flexible about which room I'm in. One has air-conditioning and an en suite and a larger windows than the other. Both have fans. If you wanted the room without the air con, I do have a spare heater that you can plug into a powerpoint -you will need to submit a rental application and have your name on the 6 month lease. It’s less than 10 minutes’ walk to the train and bus station with Cannon Hill Shopping Centre just around the corner. There is also a smaller adjacent room which would be yours to use as a study, dressing room or whatever you like :). There is also a private, fully enclosed garage for your car. There would be two of us in the house, so the place should never feel crowded and there will always be plenty of space to have some time to yourself.
