I have an awesome husky (dog) who is very loveable, quiet, trained and non-destructive. I've just taken on a 12 month lease for a house in Camp Hill, Brisbane (4152) i'm looking for 1 or even 2 housemates to sign on as "approved tennants" to help make this place feel a bit more like a happy home! :) I'm not fussy on gender or anything like that, but 100% would need the right person to be employed, very reliable with rent and bill splits, respectful of others, non-smoker and preferably someone who doesn't bring home party's of people every weekend if you catch my drift. I'm very open to long or short-term housemates as well, i'm pretty easy going. The rent would be 240$ p/w for 1 room (1/2 the house) or 160$ p/w with a 3rd person. Things I do have: Lawn Mower, Whipper Snipper, Fridge, Front Loading washing machine. Things I don't have: Couches, kitchen table etc... basically, I don't own any other large furniture so it'd be awesome if you had some of those things! The house is in a respectable area and street filled with freindly neighbours and families and is only about 10 minutes from the Gabba / Stones Corner areas. Each room has brand new carpet and the rest of the house has beautiful polished floorboards. x2 of the rooms have very large brand new built-in robes and the 3rd room is still a decent size alone. The kitchen has pretty new benches/cupboards with a breakfast bar and more than enough space for everything you could need. plus a wine rack, new oven and induction cook top. plus there's a dishwasher as a bonus! There's air con in the common areas and ceiling fans in the rooms, the appliances are electric (non gas) and there's town and tank water.
