Hey, I'm Matt
I'm in my mid thirties and work full time. I currently live alone in a 4 bedroom house with my bulldog. I used to share the place with my brother, but he's recently bought a home and moved out.
The house has a dual living room layout, of which I only occupy one. Currently putting the 2nd loungeroom and master bed room/walk in robe/ensuite bathroom up for rent.
The property also has a home gym in the garage, which I'm happy for a tenant to utilise. Parking is available on the driveway
There's a small lawn at the back of the property, with a shed for storage. Also washing machine + dryer available for use
I'm looking for a fairly laid back house mate who doesn't mind having a friendly bulldog around. I'll be at work most days, but otherwise I'll likely be watching movies and chilling out. I have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight who keeps the place is order
Neighbourhood is very quiet, mostly families and retirees. Walking distance to Carina Leagues club, a bit further to Carindale Westfield but manageable.
