Private full size bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and seperate toilet. You essentially have a wing of the house that I would never need to use.
Large kitchen, nice appliances, cutlery, lounge, tv, Dyson vacuums, washing machine, dryer, pool, ring cameras, gated community, and a ridiculous amount of visitors parks, very private (decent size) shared patio.
No pets, I already have two cats, they are really cool guys and don’t make messes or noise other than to say hi. You will never be responsible for looking after them, feeding them or cleaning up after them.
I’m 30, work part time, study full time. Will be studying for another ~2years. I work at an optometry practice and I’m studying science at QUT. I’m really easy going, I just like a clean, happy home.
