There's an a shared living space with air conditioning, and a big back yard with a garden and outdoor shade. It's about 15-20 mins on foot to the Stanley St IGA shopping complex and the Old Cleveland rd IGA. It's right next to the 210/212 bus lines, and just down the road from the carina leagues and bowling clubs.
You will be taking over from our lovely housemate who has just bought her own place. The room is available early february, 2026. You must be able to pass a regular real estate background and income check.
