You'll have 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and full kitchen (unfurnished), with your own private entrance and no internal access between your floor and my floor. The only thing we share is the fully furbished laundry including dryer, and the backyard for the dogs to run around. I can probably help out with a fridge for your kitchen as well :)

VERY pet friendly, bonus points if you have a dog that my Golden Retriever can hang out with!

Hi! I'm Nick, 29 year old full-time musician and business owner, and I live here with my Golden Retriever 'Vlad' (I didn't name him, he's a himbo with a scary name).

My music school is moving to a commercial space shortly, which means the entire downstairs level of this house is opening up. It’s totally self-contained: 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom, living room, and private entry. No internal access to upstairs, so if you value space, quiet, and privacy, it’s ideal.

I’m a “focused work during the day, yap all night over dinner" type, so if you’re independent and reliable and want an easy, no-nonsense living setup that’s very dog-friendly, we’ll get along great.
