It’s a huge, a 3 level townhouse, so really private and lots of space to yourself. The area is great, lots of buses and trains really close. As well as shops, cafes and pubs etc. It’s really quiet, the noise doesn’t travel and it’s super well designed so noise doesn’t travel to much in the house. The bedroom is massive with a big bathroom also. The room has a ceiling fan and will have AC before next summer, I swear it!! All bills are 50/50 split, except internet which is included. Really nicely furnished place and there is a bed in the room that can be removed if necessary. There is a big courtyard and 2 balcony’s. I use the internal car space but there are plenty in the complex and on the street. House rules are just be clean and respectful of the space, the furniture and me :)
