About the property
This is a classic old Queenslander with quite a big yard. It’s a 3 bedroom, 1 bath 1 toilet but still with enough room not to be in each other’s way.
I have a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine but no dryer.
The bedroom is roughly 269cm by 337cm fits a two bedside tables a queen and both wardrobe and chest of draws that are in the photo.
The room is currently being used as my home office and the third bedroom is being use as a junk/dog room.

About the flatmates
I am a bubbly outgoing person who also enjoys relaxing at home as I do work two jobs. I like my privacy but am also up for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine or beer. I’m respectful and looking for the same as well as someone who is tidy and friendly and most importantly loves dogs.
I do have a 3 year old Labrador who loves people and will demand a hello in the morning and when you come home but also happy leave you alone if you ask. Please be aware she is an inside dog, I am also looking at getting a second puppy (Labrador) this year. So I am looking for someone who is also a dog lover and understands they can be a lot sometimes.
