You would be sharing the main bathroom with whoever else decides to take the other room. The rooms are a good size, have a built in and a ceiling fan. There is air con in the main dining and kitchen area. However first in gets the secure care park! All you need is your bedroom furniture! We all chip in for the internet/power/water and we get the yard mowed when it needs to be done mainly because none of us own a mower and the mower guy is pretty awesome.

We have a lovley big duplex style house in moorooka, Very close to bus stations,train stations and the local shops!! The house has sepparete dinning and living areas as well as a pretty giant kitchen with a dishwasher! There's air-conditioning in the lounge room downstairs. We have amazing high speed cable internet that had never had any issues since instillation. WILL HAVE MORE PHOTOS ASAP!! The shared bathroom is quite large with a tub and sepparete shower. You would only be sharing the bathroom with a tidy guy. The house is mostly furnished but we are still turning the place into a home so bits and pieces are welcome!!
