We have a gorgeous indoor cat who is very friendly to all, and acts more like a puppy (he is quite playful). There is plenty of parking off the next street (Shaftesbury). Behind the house there is Shaftesbury Street Park which has exercise equipment, basketball court etc. There's a handful of cafe's within walking distance from the house. Coles is only a short 5-10 minute drive away. We would enjoy having a housemate or couple that is clean and tidy but knows how to enjoy the moment and have a laugh

The 120 bus stop is a 400m walk from our house, on the bus takes about 15 mins to get to Nathan campus, 19 mins to get to Southbank, 22 mins to city.
