This is a massive house in the wonderfully leafy, inner-south side suburb of Tarragindi – just a stone's throw from Toohey Forest (with an amazing sunset/sunrise view of it – also great for an afternoon walk if you want to get out into nature and feel like you're away from the city 💚) and only about 10-15 minutes from the city!

All are welcome – including working professionals and students. The advertised rates are for single people and all bills as well as communal household supplies are included in the rent (including a robot vacuum {Hugh Vacman} which helps massively with keeping the place nice and clean ✨). The house is also set up with a bunch of fairy lights and smart bulbs/home automations (for maximum cozy vibes 🙌🏻).
