LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent household looking for someone like-minded to share with 1 person and 2 older dogs.

You will have the biggest bedroom, with ample built-in storage (2 hanging spaces and 6 small drawers) and windows that provide a beautiful cross-breeze.

Located right next to Toohey Forest, the house has bus stops right outside where you can catch the 112/113, or take a short walk to Holland Park West bus-way station. If you drive, you have full use of the gated undercover carport. Short drive to a shopping nook with Doctor, Chemist, Post Office, 2 Grocers (Asian Grocer and Chain) and an awesome Cafe.

In terms of accessibility, the house has a front and rear patio, both with 3-5 steps.

Communal open lounge/dining area with fan/air conditioning for when the heat waves hit. Currently have 2 TVs; One with a chrome cast/Xbox 360 and a CRT TV for watching DVD/VHS, or playing PS2 :)

Shared bathroom with an over bath shower, and a (frankly massive) spa bath that may or may not work (I haven't been able to figure it out!).

Rear patio has a table and chairs for relaxing and taking in the view, as well as room for under cover drying racks if needed, otherwise the Hills Hoist in the yard works great. I have a 10L washing machine I'm happy to share.

Internet is paid monthly, Toilet paper subscription bi-monthly, and Electricity paid quarterly. Household supplies are minimal but split evenly (bin bags, cleaning products etc). I favour using eco-conscious products, and both recycle and collect 10c containers.

I have NDIS funding, and use this to cover fortnightly professional cleaning of communal areas, as well as yard maintenance.

I've previously used a house chat on facebook messenger to communicate about bills and household related things; as well as a whiteboard in the kitchen for important upcoming dates, household shopping list etc.

No room for more pets unfortunately, but the dogs will love your company!
