About the property
Looking to sublet my room while I’m overseas - for about four months from January 23rd (but dates are flexible)
Room is in a big beautiful two story share house in the leafy suburb of Tarragindi. With multiple decks, living areas and a great pool! House is just a short walk away from the holland park bus terminal, with direct busses into the city every 5 minutes.
You would be sharing with 5 friends all in their mid 20’s (and all girls, gays or theys) - and Pascal the sausage dog (Louie the golden doodle comes for sleepovers every now and then)
Half of the house are studying their masters full time, with the rest working in hospitality management and retail. We have vastly different schedules in the house - with half being early risers and the other half night owls - the perks of this is oftentimes you feel you have the house to yourself.
Looking for someone 420 and LGBT friendly. The room itself is massive - 6 x 4 meters, and comes fully furnished. (Queen bed, desk, bedside tables, make up table, large drawers, cupboard) It also has a fireplace, air conditioner and the best black out curtains ever (you will sleep like a baby)
We are currently very proud of the house dynamic - and are hoping to find someone who will contribute positively to the house vibes!

Hannah - Hawaiian Aussie, studied marine biology, currently working in hospitality Management, always down for a wacky adventure
Georgia - British Aussie, studied social work, currently working at Mecca, music video obsessed
Hannah and G both love a wine while watching podcasts/reality TV , lounging by the pool, and arts and crafts
Upstairs
Chiara- Italian Aussie, studying her masters in psychology full time, loves a good book, an early morning run and cooking
Rosco: Aussie, studying his masters in speech pathology full time, Theater kid, also loves a wine with the girls and great in depth life chats, Kurt’s partner
Kurt: Aussie, Rosco’s partner, also a Theater kid, our resident green thumb, and an absolute weapon at home improvement/decorating
We are all quite close, and even though we have wildly different work and life schedules we all still make an effort to have the occasional weekend pool days together, heated household board games, or just sharing each others company over a coffee in the morning…
