Its only a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive (has heaps of parking around it) away from the Holland park bus station- which is on the super quick Brisbane Metro line.
You would be replacing me on the lease, so will have to pay bond as well - only 900$ so not a lot.

About the flatmates
Hi! We’re a relaxed, friendly household of four people in our early 20s, and this home has a really calm, respectful vibe. Two of the girls work full-time and one is studying full-time, so everyone keeps fairly regular routines and is very mindful of shared spaces and each other’s schedules.
The house is clean, organised, and easy to live in. You’ll be sharing a shower with just two others, and we’ve never had any issues with timing or clashes. We enjoy spending time together- whether that’s having a cheeky drink, going out, watching a TV series, or heading out for a coffee walk, but we’re also big on respecting personal space and downtime.
All the household items are already sorted, but there’s plenty of storage and space if you have your own things too. The overall atmosphere is friendly, low-stress, and considerate; very much a “feel at home” kind of place.
The place is 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive (has heaps of parking around it) away from the Holland park bus station- which is on the super quick Brisbane Metro line. So commuting will not be a problem at all. Garden city is also a short 8 minute drive away too.
I’m only moving out because I’m relocating closer to my new job, so you’d be taking over my room in a genuinely welcoming, well-run share house that’s been a lovely place to live.
