I live in a three bedroom town house with two fully furnish bedrooms and a small office space. It is apart of a complex so there are other neighbours. Only one room is available for rent. No other parking within the complex. Shared swimming pool. Amazing part of North Brisbane and only a few minutes away from Westfield north lakes and Costco. There are two train stations close by if you need to catch public transport in.

50/50 split on electricity. Netflix and other streaming services at your own expense. Happy to split down the food bill or even just buy whatever you wish to use.

Hey there, I’m Jeremy a 30 year old professional who does the typical nine to five working in insurance. You’ll usually find me working from home for most of the working week and in the city on the odd day or two. During my downtime I appreciate having a bevy or two socially with friends. If im not out with friends I’ll either be reading, doom scrolling or gaming. Much like my own lifestyle my home is clean and simple though I understand that we can’t have a display home 24/7.
