Looking for someone to share half a house with one other person. You will get 2 single rooms plus your own bathroom. You can also set up the loungeroom as you like as the guy living here only uses the master room and the kitchen. Most of the time he is in his room as he works long hours and on the weekend he usually goes to visit his family.

The house is furnished, but If you want to add some furniture that's ok too.

We are looking for quiet people to share this house. It's definitely not a party house. A couple of drinks is ok after work but this house is designed for shift-workers or people who are looking to keep noise to a minimum. No drugs policy.

Everyone here respects each others privacy. Honest, easy-going and respectful people are what we are looking for.
Prefer a male to share half the house but may consider couples.

Will need to check references to ensure a safe living environment.
