We’re offering our much-loved 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Giralang to the right person (or couple) while we’re living overseas. This is a little out of the ordinary—part rental, part housesit—and perfect for someone with an open mind and an open heart.

The home is furnished (if needed!), with flexibility depending on what suits you. We’re also happy to sell items to the tenant if you don’t want or need everything. This can include a record player, TV, two fridges, washing machine, dryer, and beds.

Inside, the house is comfortable year-round with ducted heating and cooling, and outside you’ll find a large backyard with veggie patches and a great entertaining area—ideal for relaxing or hosting friends.

You’ll have parking in the driveway, plus plenty of on-street parking available.

🐶 The Huskies
The heart of this home is our two beautiful huskies, Max (10) and Koda (9).

They’re friendly, affectionate, and very much part of the family. We’re looking for someone happy to feed them daily, take them on 30-minute walks each day and give them the love and attention they deserve.

All dog food, vet visits, and extras will be fully covered by us.
