Hello everyone, I am temporarily living at my girfriend's place as we are having twin babies👶 But we will move back in around 6 months time (September 2026) so i can offer a 6 month stay with the place to yourself! I may occasionally still drop in (with your agreement). So the place will remain furnished, and gas, power, water and internet included in rent. You can also move items in upon request. House also has ducted heating, air conditioning, bbq and outdoor dining. You will need to be working and provide a work reference. After someone trustworthy and quiet. Singles and couples only, with only one bedroom allowed to be occupied. It is a really quiet family street.
