Important to note:
We have a 10 month old living upstairs, so this home is best suited to someone with a calm, low-key lifestyle, or regular working hours.

During the day, some household noise will be audible (such as some walking above or kitchen sounds), and likewise we can hear kitchen use and taps from the granny flat. For this reason, this property would suit someone who does not cook late at night and is generally mindful of noise or not too worried by distant noises here and there.

We’re ideally looking for a respectful, quiet tenant who is comfortable with daytime family sounds and appreciates a peaceful living environment.

A pet may be considered for the right situation, depending on breed and temperament, as we have a friendly kelpie cross on the property.
