Our house is situated in a good place. We're only a few streets from the beach, close to the shops (Kawana shopping world), our neighbours are very friendly and we haven't had an issues with them over the last four months we have lived here, theres a wide footpath that is great for parking right in front of the house.

Hey Guys, We are just in the process of signing papers to rent a house in Buddina. 3 minutes walk to the beach! There is also a little corner store at the end of the street. The room isn't very big. We all work in hospo so are in at varied hours but enjoy chilling out/socialising and going on adventures in our spare time. We are looking for clean and respectable housemate(s) who also enjoy having a good time. The room currently has a mattress on the floor as a temporary bed (complete with sheets and doona) but the new tenant will most likely want to put something new in. There is built in cupboard space and a private enclosed outdoor area. Couples are welcome but unfortunately we cannot take pets. Internet in included but not unlimited so there may be need to top up sometimes. Bills are not included and will just split as and when they come in. It's an absolutley amazing apartment just in the heart of Mooloolaba. Light beautiful apartment, fully and freshed furnished with seaview from the balcony. Access to pool, BBQ area, gym and air-condition in living room. Really close to Coles (grocery shop), all the restaurants but also everything else that Mooloolaba has to offer. We do have a parking spot that none of us arn't currently using so it's included. The accommodation have pretty strict rules about parties, high volume and music after ten in the evenings so we're not seeking any "party people". 6 Months lease, two weeks bond + 4 weeks rent should be paid in january when moving in. (we pay our rent once a month) The room is shared with one of us - has two single beds. Also sharing bathroom. OBS: bills not included in rent is electricity. OBS 2: No smokers
