Our housemate will have the master bedroom (front of house) with ensuite & built in wardrobes. There is a good sized separate lounge; kitchen / dinning area; 3 bedrooms and family bathroom at the back of the house; large covered patio with a large yard; separate laundry.

About the flatmates
I am an easy going single dad, with just my youngest (15 yrs) son at home. Don't worry - I'm not looking for a child minder. Having been in a cycling accident a couple of years ago, I am at home most of the time - along with our dog, who is a rescued 7 year old large chocolate Labrador cross who hasn't socialized. Introducing other pets would be an issue. My son and I are quite active and I try to keep some kind of a routine for him, including homework, chores , free time and walking the dog every evening. We are social, but not party animals! Our home would suit someone seeking a quiet retreat in a safe and friendly no smoking environment. We travel overseas, typically in July & December for several weeks - happy to negotiate dog sitting during that period, as it would be preferable to having my dog in his own home rather than in kennels.
