Room for Rent – Buddina 🌊 $350/week + bills

I’m a 28-year-old guy looking for a male housemate to share my 2-bedroom apartment, one street back from the beach in Buddina. Room available after Feb 15th.

I bought the place 4 years ago and have fully set it up, so this isn’t a random share house — it’s a proper home. Pretty much just bring your surfboard and a towel and you’re sorted.

The place:
Unreal location — easy walk to the beach, Kawana Shoppingworld, cafes, restaurants and the surf club. The unit’s freshly painted, has new floors, and everything’s in really good condition.

Fully furnished with nice furniture and lots of plants, so it has a relaxed, homely feel. Great kitchen (I’m a qualified chef so good food is always happening). Shared bathroom with shower and bath. Balcony for coffee or a wind-down. Fridge, washing machine, dryer and TV are all brand new. Garage space for a bike, parking is on the street.

Looking for someone who:
– Male, around a similar age
– Genuinely clean and tidy (important)
– Cleans up after themself without being asked
– Not a big partier
– Respectful and easy to live with
– Pays rent and bills on time

I keep the place nice and want someone who takes pride in where they live too. It’s a relaxed home, not a party house.
