A studio/granny flat is now available for rent in Sydney’s Inner West. Short-term and long-term stays are welcome (long-term preferred). Flexible move-in date by arrangement. Parking included (either bike or car).

1. Location

Located in the Balmain / Rozelle area. One bus stop to the City/Town Hall, with a bus stop right outside the property and about a 2-minute walk to board. Also within easy biking distance to the City/Town Hall. We often bike there ourselves.

Approximately 10 minutes to the University of Sydney and UTS, making commuting very convenient (easy biking distance).

Woolworths, the Fish Market, Bay Run, Totti and other shops are within walking distance. Great for daily groceries, dining, and exercise.

Parks nearby; the area is quiet and comfortable overall.

This accommodation has a separate entrance, and the living area is completely self-contained, so we do not expect much interaction. The city is just a 5-minute bike ride away, and we often bike to Stanmore or Annandale to visit some lovely local bakeries 😊

You will be living in a self-contained Granny Flat / Studio with your own private bathroom, offering excellent privacy.

We live in the main house (master bedroom with ensuite); living spaces are separate and do not affect each other.

Bedroom: Comes with a queen-size mattress and bed frame; can be removed by arrangement if not needed.

Bathroom: Located within the room, for your exclusive use, with shower facilities.

3. Rent

AUD 475 per week, all utilities included (water, electricity, gas, internet).

*If the accommodation might be occupied by a couple, please let us know in advance, rent may be adjusted accordingly.

Bond required and refundable at the end of the tenancy.
