Cosy old apartment with high ceilings, tucked away just off Jetty Road. About a one-minute walk to Moseley Square and right next to the beach. Surrounded by cafés, shops and restaurants, with a gym around the corner (literally a minute’s walk) and Beach Burrito right next door. It’s an awesome location and a really easy place to live.

It’s an older apartment, so the floors are a bit creaky, but that’s just part of the character. There’s no outdoor area, but having the beach right next door more than makes up for it.

The apartment is fully furnished. A lot of the personal items, sentimental décor, personal Items, music gear and electronics shown in the photos will be removed so the place feels more like an Airbnb than someone else's house.

On-street parking is available. I currently have a resident parking permit in my name, and this can be transferred to your car. When renewal comes around in July, we’ll organise a new permit for your vehicle, and when the lease ends, it will simply be transferred back.

The advertised rent is for the apartment only. Bills are not included unless we agree on a higher rental amount that includes them. Gas and electricity will be charged separately and managed properly.

Inspections will be handled normally by a property manager, with email notice given in advance whenever one is scheduled.

The lease is for six months, with the option of a three-month extension. If we both agree, a separate agreement will be signed at the six-month mark to cover the additional three months. I will be travelling during this time, but all lease terms will be fully honoured. The extension simply depends on mutual agreement and a smooth tenancy.
