I'm renting my whole flat out from 3-14 February (11 days) for $800. The dates aren't flexible I'm afraid.

The flat is a bright, open, one-bed flat in the heart of Smith St, Collingwood, right next to Coles. Bars and restaurants abound (but you can't hear them). The tram to Bourke Street in the CBD is right outside the door.

The flat is set back from the road behind a building so it is quiet. It is north-facing so there's lots of light and warmth. There's also heaters in the living room and bedroom, plus an electric blanket.

Flat will come fully furnished and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven. Water, electricity and fast NBN bills included.

Unfortunately there's no car spot but there is free parking in Clifton Hill about 5 mins drive away if needed.

Would suit a single person or a couple, but not party people. This is my personal flat so I'd only rent it to someone I can trust.
