My partner and I are writing to express our interest in renting this property and to introduce ourselves as prospective tenants.

I am a carpentry graduate and have been living in Perth for the past 3.5 years, and in Australia for 8 years overall. I currently work full time as a carpenter in the Henderson area and have stable employment. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I take pride in maintaining a clean and respectful living environment.

My partner has recently returned from the UK and is also a qualified carpenter. He is being sponsored by his company here in Australia and has stable employment as well. Like myself, he is a non-smoker and non-drinker.

We are both responsible, quiet, and tidy people who are looking for a place to settle and call home. We both have strong references, steady income, and savings, and we take pride in looking after the homes we live in.

In our spare time we enjoy being outdoors, going to the gym, and taking road trips around Western Australia. We lead a fairly quiet lifestyle and value having a comfortable and well-maintained place to come home to.
