Hi!

My name is Daniel, I’m 53 who is semi-retired and originally from Queensland, though I’ve been enjoying Melbourne life for almost a year now.

I’m looking for a comfortable and stable room to call home for the next 6–12 months while I focus on my I.T. projects and continue to settle in here in Melbourne.

I’m an easy-going, reliable, and a respectful person. I keep things clean and tidy, value privacy, and enjoy a quiet, laid-back environment. Most of the time, I like to keep to myself as I keep very busy with my I.T. Projects, but I also appreciate connecting with mature, courteous, and considerate housemates when its time for the unwind.

I’d really appreciate sharing a home with housemates who are kind, considerate, and dependable, and who enjoy maintaining a positive and easygoing atmosphere. While essentials like a bed, internet, and utilities are important, the real priority for me is living in a space that feels comfortable, respectful, and harmonious.

Much of my belongings are in safe storage, so I travel light and am ready to move into the right place as soon as possible (Will have to give at least two weeks notice). If you think I might be a good fit for your household, I’d be happy to chat further.
