I currently live on the Sunshine Coast, but will be relocating to Brisbane soon. I am looking for a place to stay in (or around) South Brisbane, West End, Newstead etc, but open to other inner Brisbane areas. Budget is $450 per week, but I can increase this for the right home.

I'd like to live with only one other person, but three of us in total is also fine.
I'm open to living with both male and female housemates, however, being upfront, I don't want to have to "tiptoe" around bringing a date/gf over.

Would prefer just the one weekly bill that includes rent, electricity, water, gas, internet, cleaning/yard maintenance (if applicable), so it's easier for me to budget. But, not a deal breaker if bills are separate.

A property with NBN access is essential, as is a private bathroom. Off street parking is preferred, but reliable street parking is okay.

I'm generally a quiet person who keeps to myself and respects the privacy of others. I work Monday to Friday as an estimator. My moving date is tentative at this stage, pending negotiations with new employer, and notice period with current employer; it'll likely be towards the end of May/early June.
