Hi,
Moving out of my current house due to the end of my lease. Looking to find someone to team up with to help secure the right property. Currently have a spare room available until the end of the lease in mid-November; you may be able to use it until we find a new place.
I have a full house of furniture to bring with me; however happy to combine furniture and sell some of my gear.
I'm 47 and work for Surf Life Saving Queensland as one of their Chief Remote Pilots, looking after their drone licensing and training. I do work from home when I'm not travelling to deliver courses, so I would discuss either setting up a desk in a master/large bedroom or utilising a spare bedroom, depending on the property and other housemates needs.
I've lived in share houses for nearly 27 years. Respectful of other people's schedules and space. I currently have housemates, and it does not affect my ability to work from home, meaning you won't need to take extra care if you are on a day off while I work.
I keep fairly active and spend a lot of my spare time exercising or at the beach. I'm normally out of the house before work to do some exercise. However, I've lived with others on diffrerent schedules and are considerate of others space.
