We are a happy-go-lucky, outgoing, and good natured Aussie couple (a doctor and a full time student working part time) looking for either 2 single occupants or a couple to move in with and house share with us.

Total Rent $440 a week.
We would have the ensuite and a second room with a BIR. This place has a study as well which we will place two desks. There are two more rooms available, one with built-in-robes in them.

I can supply 1 double bed and a side table/drawer. Rest of the house and kitchen FURNISHED with our things which we welcome you to share and use with care :-).

If you are two single people, it would be $110 EACH or if you would like us to provide with double bed and side table, let us know. .

For a couple sharing with us: $220 per couple per week/ $110 per person per week. You would have TWO rooms, one for bed and the other for all your other possessions - giving you lots of room.

We will have most of the FURNISHINGS for the general areas - sofas, TV, tables, patio furniture, and for one of the rooms we have a double bed and a side table + drawer handy as a spare. So if you are applying for only one of the rooms, get in quick to bag these nice furnitures :-).
Kitchen utensils and crockery are also covered but you can bring your own.

Utilities - electricity, gas and my unlimited ADSL2 (hopefully NBN soon) that I would bring with me (soon to be NBN) will be equally divided amongst us.

We would prefer a fun loving, happy to have a few drinks, occasional chats, being outdoorsy and the occasional movie night feeling kinda people to get in touch with us.
