Hey Peeps, I am new here in WA, just been 2 months. I am a full time IT professional, out of the house 9-5 all days except Sunday. I am a people person, like to have occasional light conversations, share a meal if I am cooking something special. I like to keep my surroundings tidy, special emphasis on the kitchen and bathrooms. I am a quiet person overall, do not like loud music or loud TV, unless its a weekend or some special occasion. I am very considerate when living in a share house and would make sure that my activities/habits do not trouble anyone in any way and would expect the same. I am looking for a house on the lease (max 3 person), preferred areas are southern suburbs like Success, Murdoch, Bull Creek. Also, something around the CBD (City West) would be great.

Hi! I'm Karri. I'm a young student looking for a safe, friendly house with honest people. I'm reliable and clean. I prefer to read or watch Netflix quietly in my room rather than go out and party. But, I am always happy to meet new people and I love board games. I'd like roommates that are preferably women, but would consider living with a guy. I'm a full time student at Murdoch University and would like to live not too far away. I like to cook for myself, enjoy reading and napping. I would prefer a majority female house and please, no homophobes. MUST BE LGBT FRIENDLY. My budget is a maximum of $180 per week and that must include all bills and internet. No homestays thanks, I'm looking for roommates not a family.

I’m a 21 South African who is very adventurous and goes out sometimes but also doesn’t mind staying in and have drinks at home and watching a movie. I’m outgoing, confident and very talkative but can be quiet at times. I work at Optus Stadium and a food truck and will be starting my studies in September

I enjoy hanging out with friends and going to the beach but also enjoy my alone time, so would respect other peoples space and privacy. My budget it $150/week incl bills. I also have a car so would require a parking space.

I'm currently studying diploma of nursing. Im quiet and clean but open to the occasional netflix and drinks, having meals/BBQ together and stuff. I'll also be volunteering at a youth facility helping at-risk youths integrate into society. I'm looking for housemates with similar interests such as healthcare fields. Hey guys, I live a chilled but pretty active lifestyle at the moment training MMA and working hard everyday through the week. Enjoy a few beers on occasion. Easy going and don't mind a chat and of course respectful of peoples boundries. I smoke cigarettes and sometimes a bit of green, though not very often. At home i like to kick back, playstation, youtube, record music and eat FAT food. Look forward to hearing from some of you :)

I'm a reliable and easy going person. I am a Laboratory Technician and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non-existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. Street parking is OK as long as it's not too much hassle if you're in a busy area. As I drive back and forth between Perth and the South West at the moment I can sometimes only view potential rooms for a limited time during some week nights, or on the occasional weekend. I am interested in something on the cheaper end of the scale as I am more often than not away from Perth on the weekend, and will often only be home a couple of week nights depending on my schedule. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music, going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a session on the bongos with you. I'm not after a small room with a queen size bed that takes up all the space and can't be moved. An unfurnished room would be OK. A room with a king single bed or a wardrobe already in the room that had to stay would also be OK. Regards Dave
