I'm looking for a place that's calm and low sensory while I work on my online neurodivergent coaching business and associated studies. Looking around Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

$280 a week max for rent, including all bills. Looking for max 2 other mature minded housemates, and decent (50+ Mbps), reliable internet. A good sized room/carport is preferable.
