Hi my names Jessie I'm a 31 years old HR professional working 9-6 most days in the city.
i most enjoy going to the gym, watching good tv series and trying new coffee places/restaurants. I am not a party animal. I enjoy socializing with friends on the weekends, chatting with a house mate over a glass of wine, but also am content with my own company so happy to relax in my own space as well as shared areas. I am originally from Adelaide and moved here a year ago for work. I am clean, neat and enjoy a clean/tidy house. I am also very respectful of a home.
I have been living with my house mate and her boyfriend for the past year and half, they are now moving out of the townhouse I currently live in in Richmond. So I would ideally like to find a new place in the same area by the end of April.
If it is the right home I am willing to discuss paying rent earlier.
