Hello! I am a non-smoking 30 Year old potentially looking for a new home from January 2026.

I am working full time in government in Brisbane City with two work-from-home days a week (usually Mon and Fri). Between travel to the city, trying to work out, eat healthy, do all the adult chores, I am quiet during the week. On weekends I enjoy getting sun in the backyard or at a pool/the beach, going for walks, meal prepping, horse riding, pottering around and tidying up, and I am currently on a "what are my hobbies" journey.

I try and travel overseas between 4-6 weeks a year, and although I love music festivals and raves, my partying at home days are well over and any rowdiness is kept to outside the home.

My ideal home would have a large bedroom or include a 2nd bedroom or space to have my desk to work from home. I will always contribute to cleaning of the common areas and I like to keep my own areas clean and tidy. I like a modern feel, preferably with air con in the bedroom but am not an over user, I am now just accustomed to having it for the really hot or cold days. I don't have a lot of stuff, my air fryer is my life though so either there already is one or I can bring mine for use by all.

As a housemate, I am clean and tidy, respectful of noise, down for a little chat and being friendly however also like my alone time to veg out. I value open communication if there are things not going right within the house. If you have pets, even better. Above all I am looking a kind, safe, modern and tidy space to call home. Rent is always paid ahead and on time.
